Nothing Seems Real

Normally our lives are full and bright
yet there are times when things aren’t right.
We don’t understand what we see
it seems somehow that life can’t be.
The eyes won’t focus – the heart doesn’t feel,
when bad things happen – nothing seems real.
Hold on to faith, one day at a time
hope feeds the body – soul and mind.
